Business Process Management
Traditionally, organisations have focused on identifying
and enabling their processes in the back-office and
at the data-level. One area that has been neglected,
is at the level that is always most difficult to manage,
this being the human-level - or user-level.
The identification of user process allows organisations
to ensure structure and consistency amongst their workforce.
Once these processes have been embedded and utilised
in the our applications, the exercise of improving efficiency
can begin. Processes and their related performance can
be examined, reviewed, revised and adjusted accordingly.
This allows organisations to focus on continual improvement
through their processes.
