Fun at Work

We strive hard to have a friendly atmosphere at work. There is a Fun and Frolic Committee that organizes events to bring people together out of their daily hectic routine. These events are in the form of parties, picnics, official get-togethers, competitions, games, movies, sports and cultural programmes. The young committee ensures that interests of all ages are taken care and also the hidden talents of the members are unfolded. Dance and music forms an integral part of the parties organized by the committee.

The main objective of the committee is to ensure that people are not confined to their desk and routine work. It aims at building a unique Amrut / Equest community where people love to work with lots of fun.

December is a very important Month for us... We celebrate Amrut's Foundation day with lot of pomp and glory.

There are various events organized by the committee the entire month. 16th Dec is the d-day which is celebrated in style amidst lots of performances, dances, food and drinks... Every year 10 best employees are nominated by the management (it is a tough decision to choose the best 10 from such a vibrant lot.) These 10 excel not only at their work but are also enterprising, motivated go-getters. They receive a token of appreciation on this day.
