4. Images – Images need to be modified to fit to each website. This work is done by a panel of experts on our Operations Team.
5. Quality check – Due to the sheer number of product additions per day, it is critical that the Operations Team gets retraining on a regular basis. Besides ensuring such instruction, we also have a follow up team to check on quality. These efforts are extremely crucial, as any misinformation given will confuse the customer in making essential purchase decisions.
